Can you give us some more info as to how these two mods work together?

Fantastic mod, however I'm having a few issues with this running on my 3.8 forum.

Firstly whilst the user tag is successful, users aren't receiving PMs when they've been mentioned in a post.

Secondly the thread/user tagging system leads to a 404 error.

I can expand on any errors if needs be.

I don't believe PM notifications are a feature of this mod.

My users have found a strange bug.
If someone quotes a user this way:
and then changes "Username" to "0", the notification "You were quoted" will be sent to ALL users.
Is there a fix?
