Hi I cant enable PM system, I havent got that option.. how I can enable this feature?

The PM system is enabled by default, the Pro version has an option to disable it :)

I can only send pm a to an user writting "/pm nick; msg". Is possible send a pm in a new shoutbox tab?

I'm not 100% sure but PMs in a new tab may be a Pro-only feature, if you can't find it in the context menu. Ensure you've enabled context menu via the Instance Management, then check for it there :)

That's a problem with the AME library which the author refused to fix.

I took steps to avoid it in the latest version though, so it shouldn't occur any more (at the expense of causing broken functionality in vBShout) if you have kept your vBShout version up to date.

Using an old version means the error happens, using a new version means it doesn't :)
