Yea I have tried to register. But it doesnt work anymore. Nobody registered again
if I remove that file in the forum, I can register again.

Hmm without access its hard to tell however... try this stop forum spam mod - https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=239307 then reply back here and let us know it the other mod works, if so we can surely then say it was this mod conflicting with something else on your site. That's a quick way to test imo.

4.2.1 here, doesn't seem to be working. Everything is showing up as a remote error, though the API is up at the time of the request.
