Are you there Cyb?

i really like this chatbox, works great, but I'm going to have to disable it without being able to "get at" the messages either through the dB or through the forums directly to delete as promised, as is, when I click on the messages in the box i get sent to a link like this >>> /forums/misc.php?ccbloc=19 <<< which brings me to my FAQ, SMILIES page no matter what the # says, no options to delete or edit anywhere in sight.

Now, is this CYBchatbox being buggy, or is it my htaccess or something throwing it off?

Can't I manually delete them through the DB? where are they stored anyway?

Just downloaded and all the box says is "loading." I can't input any messages. How do I know if AJAX is enabled? The product is enabled?

I love this chatbox, but I'm ready to drop it if there's really not going to be any support. My fourth time asking.

I am also still waiting on support for this mod. :\

I have arcade addicts on my site who are less active in the chatbox as a result of this not being fixed.

which makes my site look less active on first glance

I dont want to go back to inferno though... so I'll put up with it for now until I get the support I need...

I want to thank you for what I have found to be a highly stable and insanely easy to install mod! I have wasted too many precious hours toiling away at another chatbox mod that I could never get to work to my satisfaction. I am especially elated that this one works on my vBa portal without having to toil with modules and sacrifice box width.
