My problem is when ever i click on the arcade link it shows the following message:

I have check all permissions for usergroup in the admincp . There is no option for "arcade permissions" in my adminCP. I checked all the template alterations that the installation guide mentions and they seem to be exactly the way they are supposed to be. I am new to vbulletin but I understand how to use it. Help!!!

Did you upload includes/bitfield_v3arcade.xml?

That's supposed to be uploaded into the includes file of my server, correct? if so, yes. If it's supposed to be uploaded into vbulletin, how would I do that?

Bairy means did you upload all the files to your server?

As the instructions say you must upload the files from the folders on your pc into the same folders that are on your server.

So all the files in the includes folder would have to go in to the includes folder on your server and so on....

Also make sure you install the product and things should work just fine ;)

hmm does anyone have arcade awards in postbit vbulletin 3.6 beta working correctly ?

Maybe it's just me, but I can't get it to install any new games, even though I have the chmod settings correct. It just deletes them off the server.

Edit: Well, I can unzip them one at a time and install them that way. Time consuming for sure.

use WinRAR to unpack them

After installing WinRAR just select all zip files and right click "extract to separate folders ;)

sorry im sure this question has been asked somwhere in these 120 pages but how do you install xtra games. i downloaded the game pack and ftp eveything in the correct folders. what do i do w/ the branding file and the php file? or did i do it all wrong?

For V3 Games
Image files go in the /forums/images/arcade/
Game Files (along with any game data folders) go in /forums/games/
the .php files (installation files) go in /forums/admincp/games/


For IBPro games (.tar files)
Upload the .tar files to /forums/admincp/games/

Then log into your admin cp, goto the games section, and install them. You can do multiple games at once.

for some unknown reason i get this problem while trying to import games

delete arcadeadmin.php and reupload it. Will more than likely solve the issue. Found this to be the case many times over.

From where to get new games for V3Arcade??

For folks looking for more games, read back within the past 10 pages, several of us have posted links on places to download games.

I have also found a site from the last 10 pages... Its just that a user wasnt so nice in regaurds to this site so people may be gun shy lol....BUT I GOT GAMES lol

I do needs some that I cant find there so I guess I better go digging and see if there is anything new since I've last been. like hangman and jewels and a few others :) But at least I got some!..... this site has hundrens http://www.vbulletingames.com and I followed his instructions and there was no hassel! I so far have about 40 or so games from his site!

How do you prune scores from everyone? For example, delete all scores from the dayabase....

I am running Version 3.6 Beta 2 of Vbulletin everything works fine apart from one thing.

When I click on the on the profile in the postbit of a user the memu pops up to display the games I have played with the image. On 3.6 it comes up as follows: image attached.

Can anyone help on this one? :confused:

I've edited the awards template and removed the images from the template temporarily until theres a fix for it

mmmmm thought you were able to import games? I upload the swf/s to th egames dir (admincp/games/) and it goes "there are no games to import ...

You need to upload the SWF files, images, and the PHP file to the admincp/games folder. Then you should be able to import the games. Note that if a game has more than the one main swf file or folder, those filed/folders must be manually copied to the games folder under your forum root.

Ive always done it the way it says in the v3arcade settings

Iam on the step to set your usergroup permissions. but I do not know where to edit them from. could someone point me in the right place?

I have a couple questions that I hope will be answered:

1. Is it possible to manually change someone's high score for a game?
2. Is it possible to ban a member from the arcade?

What does it mean when a game ends and it draws a blank page when trying to addnewscore?

I get that with the monkey cliff diving game I recently imported.

um im having a HUGE problem, somehow all my games got deleted.

New user here, so bear with me...

This is not an issue with the arcade hack.

Update to 3.6 Beta 3 and the problem will fix itself. :)

Any ideas on my problem? I deleted and re-upped all the files. I do have them CHMOD to 777 and it will not let me make the games active, so when you try to go to the arcade, you are told you do not have permission to view this page...

There are no GAMES at that link.

As for games. You won;t find any "Free packs" avaliable. unless you go through illegal means to get them.

Some sites offer some of there games in singles only stipulation is that you have to become an active member of their community.

The transfer Needed to Server arcade games are humungous.

You have to set all the user permissions before you can play in the arcade. As for this, as well as the games, I highly suggest you go back about 10 pages, and read thru them. Most of what people post here (minus the the newer BETA of VB) have been answered in the previous 10 pages. Multiple links have been posted for games, mulitple times the same question has been re-answered over and over. Reading back, solves most of it, that and the little search button just rocks!
