Yes.

Go to ACP->Languages & Phrases->Search in Phrases.

Search for Text: raffle_message_body
Search in... tick 'Phrase Variable Name Only'
Click Find.

No you don't need a monetary system.

What happens when you try to create a raffle?

And, when you create a raffle be sure your usegroup is in the allowed usergroups. Otherwise you won't be able to see it.

Posting a screenshot of your raffle settings and the raffle itself would help.

You do realize that raffles are created in (left menu) ACP->Raffles>Add New Raffle don't you?

How does this handle unregistered users who win? I haven't run any with this setting yet and I'm curious. Do they have to provide an email, etc?

While the usergroup shows when you set up a raffle, unregistered users aren't allowed to enter at all. The only reason the usergroup shows up is because it's in the vBulletin usergroup list.

In order for someone to enter a raffle, they must have a userid. Without a userid, all they can do is look at raffles if you allow that.

For some reason (my server was down) my raffle didn't process on 04-30-12 at 10am. It's still "waiting to be drawn". How do I manually draw it so I can complete the raffle?

I tried to run it manually using the scheduled task manager.. I got this...

To manually draw a raffle, go to ACP->Raffles->Edit Raffles. Click on the Raffle Name. Then click Manually Draw Raffle.

So far as the error goes, I would have to see the complete settings for that raffle to duplicate the problem. I would also need the version of vBulletin you are running.

Didn't do anything when I manually drew it. Nothing happened. I just deleted it, and started a new one.

I had to use random.org to pick a winning ticket number. :|
