Well, it broke again, spontaneously. It happened sometime around 3-4pm EST today (the 15th) I think. I assume it'll sort itself out in several hours again, but any help would be appreciated.

Without a reliable way of reproducing it I don't think there's anything I can do :(

Would you be willing to install Firebug in your Firefox browser though? If you install that, and enable it for your site, then observe the "Console" tab in Firebug when you're having the problems, it should tell you some more details that would be helpful :)

Installed this this morning, everything loaded fine and looks ok but the chat just says "Error: Not Found" and when I try to post a shout nothing happens and it just says Loading.

That's most commonly because vbshout.php inside the upload folder was not uploaded to the forum's root folder. Please ensure you've uploaded all files exactly as they are presented inside the upload folder :)

These are the errors Im getting, Im going to re-check my upload though.

I uploaded the vbshout.php into the /forums folder which is the root folder and now I get "Interal Server Error" and the same errors in my Error Console.

Also, Im noticing there are two vbshout.php's included in the zip...one is at the bottom of the upload folder and one is located in modcp folder. Am I uploading both of them?

Nevermind, that was it I uploaded the wrong vbshout.php...uploaded the larger one and it seems to be working now. Thank you for quick responses and help!

Please use Ctrl+A and drag-and-drop the entire contents of the upload folder to your forum directory.

The files in /upload/admincp/ go in your /admincp folder.
The files in /upload/modcp/ go in your /admincp folder.
The files in /upload/dbtech/ go in your /dbtech folder.

And so on and so forth.

Leaving any of them out, or uploading them wrong, will cause parts of the modification to not work.
