how can i run this on 4.2.0
i get this The following dependencies were not met: This product is not compatible with version 4.2.0 of vBulletin. (Compatible starting with 4.0.0 alpha 1 / Incompatible with 4.1.0 alpha 1 and greater) |

Open the xml file in a text editor, look for max version, change it to a higher number.

I'm running 4.2 and when I changed the max version in the xml (just scan for "max") to 4.2.0 it didn't work. I had to change it to 4.2.5 for it to work but it does seem to be working now.

Yeah, you need to make it a version ABOVE the version you are using.
Next time you have to do this to a mod just set it to 5.0.0 so you don't need to worry about it. |
