I was using the administrator account of my VBulletin forum - everything is enabled for my account.

Too bad, all you had to do is go into Usergroup>Administrator>Vbtube Permissions

and grant access to all.

You are correct. After install, permissions must be set on all usergroups, including "ADMIN"
