"username1 seems to have multiple personalities using username1 and username1 sharing the same computer. No soup for you! and you! and you!"

I get a lot of these where it's one username that's flagged and no others are mentioned ?

Its a kind of bug, it happens when members have been deleted - their userid still exists in the AE cookie, but obviously this cannot display their name anymore as it no longer exists.

That makes a lot of sense but I've researched this quite a bit and these members were never deleted ?

waiting also for an update for 3.7.1

in 3.6.10 pl1 it worked but after upgrade to 3.7.1 pl1 not anymore
