Is it possible to make the forum invisible until you hit the post count? Right now they can not post in it or anything but they still can see it exists.

Am I stupid? All I wanted Cyb - Advanced Permissions Based on Post Count for was to enable me to stop users from having links in their signatures until they had made 10 posts.

I cannot see how to do this. I enabled restrictions on Post Links/Images/e-mails and Set post count requirements For All Existing Forums to 10. No luck.

Cyb's add-on won't do that. However, what you can do is the following:

1. Create a new usergroup (I called mine Full Member): Admin CP | Usergroups | Add New Usergroup
2. Automatically promoted members from Registered User to Full Member after 10 posts using Admin CP | Usergroups | Promotions (I set mine to require Posts and Reputation and Date with Reputation=0, Posts=10, and Days Registered=5)

If while creating the promotion, I select 'Additional Usergroups' and like in your case called the new group Full Member.

Is there going to be a conflict?
Since the user belongs now to two groups, which rules will apply?
The ones for the group 'Registered Users' or the one for the 'Full Member' group.

Good question and I don't know the answer. I recently tried using the "additional usergroups" option for the first time (not based on post count) and the results were a bit quirky. At the time, I didn't have any spare time to waste experimenting so I just converted members in that secondary group to a primary group.

On another forum I help on, the hack installs fine, but the page to set global perms doesn't seem to be appearing. However, on my forums it does. Can someone assist?
