I have also got the problem with the shout box hanging on loading, though where is this FireFox error console?

I upgraded to v6 and noticed a HUGE problem

i use the display order "oldest first" and when a new shout is posted, it doesnt scroll to show the new shouts like it used to, it just adds a scroll bar to have to manually scroll down

this is really annoying to do, is there any way i can fix this or downgrade to a previous version that automatically scrolls down?

Hardly a "HUGE" problem, the autoscroll was removed due to it only working properly in Firefox, all other browsers had issues from what we received reports of.

For the past 9 months or so that i've been using it, the autoscroll worked with every single browser, including IE. Is there any way i can re-add it?

I'll look into adding it as an option in a future version :)

That means there's an issue with the AJAX query. Please post your site URL so that I can inspect the AJAX request and find out what's wrong :)

You can use the custom deployment in the Instance Management to set it to display anywhere.

Please check Firefox' error console.

The shoutbox works perfectly on that site.

My members like vsa chatbox because of its ability to announce new members to the forum, it enables them to welcome the new members instantly.

is this possible with this chatbox or if not is there any plans to include it in the future

Is there a way to get the text color and font boxes to pop up upwards? When myself or my users try to change the color the boxes appear to open downwards and are cutoff. Im not sure why it is doing that?

Try re-editing the dbtech_vbshout_flagged_idle and dbtech_vbshout_editing_shout phrases to add \ in front of every " :)

I have a VIP forum on my board, and I'd only like vbshout displayed in this one forum. Not on my main page or any other forums.

I've searched this thread and I can see posts saying you need to edit files and put in the id of the forum you want it displayed on.
