Added this and got Internal Server Error in BBCode Admin

Disabled this App and all works OK

Anyone else seen this?

Yes - The mod is a bit buggy... And I've found no other way to remedy except to disable the app. Once disabled - edit your bbcode then re-enable.

Perhaps someone else knows of a fix....?

I know this one isn't supported any more, but I found that this add-on is conflicting with one I just installed. I was told by that developer:

So i got this db error today, & im wondering if what i think is the issue is correct. :)

Currently i am using this mod but at media.php So this error is not from it, but was the old version not uninstalled correctly.? (i'm guessing it was called video.php)

the issue I have noticed is that the URL for loading videos for example in youtube is https and not http. I removed the s and it works just fine. Need a work around for the https url line.

Use the Firefox plug: "Firebug", using this, you will find all the page variables and search it in the templates,, 4ex: You must find the widht of the video thumnails in the templates,, put the number and them you will fin the template to edit it.

If you have lost video thumbnails try this patch for 1.3.0.

looks like youtube switched it up again.. at one point we had to use the URL from the Share button for vids to show... now you have to use the full URL from the address bar.

Hi Guys, I recently had to move to a new server that only runs PHP 5.3.8, so I had to upgrade by VBulletin so it would be compatible.

The video-directory is appearing but with some errors. I think related to the header, so it's also not dropping cookies, I believe.

Open your init.php file with an editor like notepad++, (make a backup of it first), then go to all of those line numbers in your message above and look for this "=&" and delete just the "&" on all of those lines, then save and re-upload the file.

Not sure what that error means, sorry, when I changed all of the "=&" in my file it solved my problem for me, it's been working fine ever since.

Seems to have been the stupid BBedit, which in general is a great editor.

Every time I add a video and choose the add video to a new thread, the new thread says VIDEO DOES NOT EXIST.

Any ideas?

It does but, you have to remove the s from Https:// but then again the vid thumbnails fail to show also.

It's not the 's' thing this time. I knew about that one. I am getting a different error. Someone said something on the Vb4 forums about youtube changing their API and probably broke this addon. The new error is: The response of the video-server can't be read.

Google changed the API. Instead of:

http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos/<id of video>

it is now:

https://www.googleapis.com/youtube/v3/videos?part=snippet&key=<your-key>&id=<id of video>

and it returns a differently formatted response. I am unsure how to fix this myself. If anyone has more knowledge of this mod than I do, please post an answer here.
