And of course, I DON'T want to allow HTML in Private Messages...

So, what is my option if I can't use BBCode in Phrases, and I can use HTML in phrases but I can't use it in Private Messages?

I ask this because i want to use bold, italic and colors in my Welcom PM, but i can't... So? Anny suggestion?

Isn't the "message itself" in the "welcomepm" phrase?

Yes. And you can use the URL= code for the url in the phrase. That's how I do it. Or am I missing your whole point here? ;)

I think I'm missing the point! :P

Boofo, or someone... Could you show me your PHRASE with BB Code or whatever in order to display the WelcomePM with italics, links, etc?

I mean... If i put this (in the "welcomepm" phrase):

Code:

[b*]Hello $username![/b*]
I get an error...

If I put this:

Code:

<b>Hello $username</b>
the private message doesn't display properly because I don't allow HTML in PM...

So? What should I do if I want to use "bold" in my message?

Here's what I use for my welcome pm phrase:

EDIT--

Ok, it was not working for some reason. I then found we dont approve our members from the AdminCP, we use the ModCP so I had to edit AdminCP in your plugin to ModCP for it to work.

Now the only problem I am having is that when the AutoPM is sent to the new member, for some reason I am also getting a Welcome PM as if I was also a new member. My id is set in permission to be the sender of the AutoPM, so that that mean I am supposed to get the welcome pm for every member that gets one??? I dont understand why I also get the welcome PM.
