Did that, the products list tells me that I am on YaAS v3.8.3, the latest version, but it just keeps coming up with a blank space.

I have tried to re-import, but I still have a blank option in the vBulletin options dropdown. Also, it will not upgrade the version number to 3.8.3.1, keeps saying I have 3.8.3 even though I imported the latest version.

Using vB 3.8.1 (going to upgrade shortly to see if that's causing it)

I've upgraded now to the latest 3.8.4 vb version and this error is still happening. Members recommend an award, I receive the PM with the recommendation yet the member is still redirected to the STANDARD_ERROR page (address bar still shows recommend_award.php).

Any thoughts on this? Thanks

Does the users usergroup have permissions to "recommend" awards?
