Sadly, I can't do that..I have 100's of donors and I don't want to lose the records :(

I have installed the paypal donate plugin and it seems to work great except once I have recieved a donation it doesnt register on the donate bar. After a donation it still states 0%. I read somewhere about "confirming" a payment, where and how is this done. Thank you.

We downloaded the fix the day it came out with no problems but just a few minutes ago with lost all records and donation bar returned to zero. Just an all of the sudden thing.

Hope you haven't uninstalled previous version when upgraded, as uninstall process removes donation logs from database?

Great Hack...exactly what I was looking for.

I received a donation today, got the PM, checked PP and it is there, but the DonBar is not showing up and it is still saying 0% received.

Am I missing something? I have read about the "Donations Page"...is that the vB Options template that they are talking about or did I miss something.

I have the same problem, I have a stack of donations from the previous version but the Donations Bar now shows ZERO .............. how do I fix it please.:erm:

No we did not uninstall, we just overwrote as instructed, took a few seconds and all was well. Everything was just wiped out today. I logged on to my private forum account saw the donation bar and donations as usual. We have the meter in bright red so it's very noticeable. Log out .Logged back in within a few seconds and it was gone. It was that quick. I then logged back out, then logged back in to see if I was just seeing things and sure enough everything just vanished. The amount was zero and the donation bar back to the beginning. We haven't been in the control panel for this hack since the security update was released and everything was working fantastic until now.

Do you have any other suggestions?

When we discovered this problem we turned of donation, we just now turned it back on again and the donation list is there again but the bar graph still shows zero.

There should be a drop down menu that allows you to confirm the donations.
