You could possibly have it that they would be promoted after so many threads or posts.

Yeah it's not so much a promotion type of issue. I have several people that log on and make 10 or so meaning-less posts and then play games all day. I'd rather get 5 good threads started and then have them play. I don't wanna up the post count daily either as I think it would piss them off and fill the site with a bunch of 'blah'.

How do I fix this? I tried going into usergroups and didn't see anything. I've never installed arcade before so this is all new to me :o

Go to Arcade -> Group Permissions (in ACP) or something like that. :)

Okay, I figured it out. It was a simple mistake with uploading the files correctly :o

hello one question please if we set it to chmd 777 then it will be security risk becoz lots of bad guyz now some how execute a file and deface the page. so will it be safe to use it ?
