Did you go into the group permissions and give access to the chatbox to the appropriate groups?

They are turned OFF by default, so no one (not even you) will see them until you turn it on.

You also have to actually install the product and the language...if you didn't do that, it's in the readme.

I uploaded the product and installed the language. Where do I do the group permissions at? When I look at the permissions in the cmps, is shows them as being on, but that's for the vbadvanced and it still doesn't show there. Is there another spot for permissions for my standard vbulletin board?

-Log into Admin
-Select Usergroups
-Select Usergroup Manager
-Select a group (start with yourself, Admin)
-Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see this section "MGC Chatbox Evo : Custom permissions "
-The first option is "Can view the chatbox"

I'm gonna bet that option says "no" for you. :D

AWW yeah! One last question...how do I shrink it to fit better? I see the option for height, but what about width?

Yes I will disable YUI so that no Ajax request is performed ... vBulletin ajax is based on yui so answer is NO.
