Here's a few games I have on my own forums or I've tested and work with v3 Arcade. Links are hosted off my site. Please don't direct link them off your own sites.

**Yoink - Removed direct download links. Will post a more complete large rar file via rapidshare later on.

I have a ton of games for V3 & IBPro, but I want to go thru some of them, weed out the doubles, and the ones that don't work with v3.

Well all this talk about cheating I got curious about that as well.

In Tetris I got a score of 20572 in 687 secs (Levle 7) one of our members who is the champion got 92907 in 993 Seconds,

20572 / 687 = 29 Points per Second.

92907 / 993 = 93 Points per second.

The lowest scoring person got 18861 in 1024 Seconds. Which tells me they probably didnt use the down arrow key to drop the pieces faster to the bottom hence the long play time.

What do you guys think?

take a look at the server logs from the time between he loads the game, and it attempts to submit the new high score and take a look at the time difference between the 2 etc

How can I change this count? I searched for it in Arcade Settings and usergroup manager but I can't find it.

Hi ChrisTech,

Just wanted to thank you again for posting the links. I went through and Picked 4 that I really liked and could use.

Solitaire, Pool, Heli 2 and Suduku.

I'm always looking for quality games that are also fun. Its easy to download hundreds even thousands of games for v3 Arcade or ibPro but most have awfull graphics or bad gameplay.

IBPro 10 Games that work (10.1 MB)

V3 14 Games + Yeti Sports Pack (17.2 MB)

Right click save as, or click on it, and it should prompt you to download. I rar all my files (file compression) www.win-rar.com (has a higher compression ratio that winzip currently does). If need be, I can go back tomorrow and re-rar them as sfx files (.exe) so folks don't need winrar to open them.

analog-x - Forgot if I stuck Heli Attack 3 in there or not, but it unfortunally doesn't score.

As for more games, I will go thru what I have, as I have time, and make a few more packs like the above (small groups of 10-20 games) that I know work.

Anyone know what the file name is that redirects you to the score page?
Because im having a on going problem that no one can post scores without it redirecting you to the home page.

Just for people who have challenges enabled. It uses the same conditional that determines whether or not to display the challenge link in the profile menu.

Would someone please help me uninstall the arcade? Everytime I try to uninstall it I get this error message..

Unfortunally, on my forum this doesn't show up. I'm definately using postbit (as in legacy the code doesnt show up) Im using the current version of arcade, vb, and also have vb plaza installed.

25 more games that should work with v3arcade (from my own cache of games Ive downloaded since Ive installed v3arcade).

Right Click save as <-- sfx archived this time, so you don't need winrar to open it.

Also missed this one, so just upped it alone. Kitten Cannon (its zipped)

'postbit' is the newer type way of displaying member's details horizontally across the top of their post. An example would be www.habboxforum.com.

'postbit_legacy' is the older way (hence the term legacy) where the details are vertical and to the left of the actual post, just like this forum.

It's best to alter both, like Chris does, in case you decide one day to change the layout/style of your posts.

@John: If I haven't thanked you in a previous post (116 pages now man!) then thanks for a great addition to vB. Can't wait for the site to reopen and grab the shiney new huge update you have...

Reece, I feel stupid. I should have gone to your site. The reason it fails is it redirects to your portal, right? The hook to take care of the scores is not set to go work through vbAdvanced and vbAdvanced does not have any hooks in it as of v2.1.0. Try this and let us know if it works.

Note that this should only be done if your vbAdvanced portal has been renamed to index.php.

Any updates on this issue?
I'm having almost the same problems, if an user tries to login using the header login form it does'nt work. They have to login in the form that appears on the center of the screen to be able to login.
Some times logged users are playing a game and PUFF!, the screens refresh to say they are visitors and they dont have the right to play...even being correctly logged in with their username displayed on the header.

Please help.

I have about 30 Games installed but people can only Challenge 15 out of the 30.

All 30 Games have Challenge enabled. Is this 15 game a limitation? Or am I doing something wrong?

I have both v3 Arcade and ibPro Games installed.

V3 arcade has gone the same way as HiveMail: died on it's arse. two potentially good scripts which have been left to die a slow, painful death.

If anybody thinks that the v3arcade project will ever be up and running again, they are just deluding themselves.

I've come to the conclusion that most of the hacks on here are either unneccessary or completely buggy anyway. I mean, what is the point of hacks like the World Maps one? Pretty, but completely useless.

People go overboard in modding their forums. Not only does it make it a pain to update, but it also increases the risk of having a hacked site. Just not worth it if you ask me. My advice: run a standard vbulletin. The upcoming version 3.6 looks absolutely awesome and will break many of the mods on here anyway, due to the changes to the phrase system.

Goodbye V3arcade...it was almost nice knowing you.

but some communities want individual things that a standard-vBulletin does not bring along, and playing games and having some competition is always a nice thing to have ;)
