Make sure you have a slash on each end of the forumpath. At least, that was my problem.

Dunno what to suggest if that doesn't work except tinker with the presentation of the forumpath setting to see if it helps.

He's saying to make sure the forum path in the config.php file is set correctly. That was one of the things you had to do during installation. If it's not exactly right, then the modification will not function.

Also what registered in $config['Misc']['forumpath'] is not an installation

installed. as far as i know i followed everything correctly. i keep getting the page asking me to login to the forum.

even after i login. it just shows me the same page again. anyone else got this? solution?

All usergroups (even the admin group) begins with all photoplog permissions turned off. Go and edit it so you can access it.

And dubai2008, thats another usergroup-based function. Each group has a "maximum upload size limit" you can set.

I installed this hack and it is awesome! Thank you :D

Is there any way to make animated gifs shows their animation within the thumbnail or without the image being at 100% ? All of my animated gif images show as still unless they are being viewed at 100%.

I noticed that this is the case in both the light & pro versions. If anyone knows a way to do that I would really appreciate the time.

Looks to me like your image paths aren't set correctly.

I dunno whats wrong on the normal forum page my company logo shows but when i hyperlink to the photoplog page the image doesnt show, its under the same style so i dont know what the problem is PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!ILL GIVE YOU COOKIES :)

Okay maybe I am blind, but I installed this and everything seems to be working, but no where on vbb forum or vbadvanced is it showing the button to access the gallery. So no one will ever see it!?

Any ideas how to do this?

You'll have to add the link to your navbar manually. Here is the link to where Calorie explains how to do it. ;)

Here is another link with a little more detail. Was helpful for me.

Thank you so much Digital Jedi, you have been great in providing support , I have another request for you after visiting the PhotoPlog page some times it logs me out when click back and forth between forum threads and PhotoPlog it logs out user / admin. Any way to prevent that also the posts are not counted in the total posts on the forum?? Any way to add photoplog postings in to the total count??

i have a Problem with the Link for the gallery of users in their profile :
In 3.6.x i put this into the Template MEMBERINFO :

It shows the Link only if the User has realy Pictures in the gallery.

In 3.7 the Profile is fragmented in blocks like "memberinfo_block_aboutme" and so on. When i put the line

No problem. That's definitely something you should ask Morgan about at photoplog.com. She'd be more able to help you with the logging problem. (She doesn't offer support in this thread, only on the forums.) Although, the posts in Photoplog are not part of the forum postcount. You can search there too, but I don't think you can get post count there.

I don't know too much about those kind of errors, but wouldn't that be the result of one of your directories not being writable, i.e. CHMODed?

Been using this a while now and it is very good, however I have a problem.

Is there a way to delete photos posted by a user when that user is deleted from the forum? Or do I have to go in and manually delete them all?

Did your disk fill up? The same thing will happen when your database partition reaches 100%.

hi,

installation went fine but problem is the chmod... i chmodded images folder but i still get the error "Bad Open - Cannot Open the images Directory for Writing"

permission also given to the spec. usergroup.

Edit: tried to fix again and now i get "Bad Type - File is of the Wrong MIME Type" - seems like the php safemod is on

Edit2: all fixed, turned off the php safemode and everything works like a charm!
