Thanks. That did it. Now I just have to figure out what changes I need to make so that it will actually post. I did the SEO hacks so my URL's are alittle different. Any ideas what I would nee to change? I did this http://forum.time2dine.co.nz/showthread.php?t=98 Thanks for the help Ryan |
Hi,
I seem to be having the same problem that a few others have had, but cannot see a fix. The install seems to have worked OK, but there is no option in the new thread screen to post a vbookie event. I have followed the instructions carefully and cannot see that I have missed anything. Can someone please help with this. Cheers, Richie |
Make sure that you have given the usergroup permission to post a vBookie event and also, make sure that you have vBookie turned on via the CP. If you have gone through every step of the installation correctly, then it must be your settings. Also, make sure you're looking in the right place to post an event. When you click on new thread, you should see something like the following:

Thanks Skinny, it was the forum permissions that needed changing.

What a great hack!!! Thank You soooo much!!
I have one really stupid question....my Install went fine...far as I can tell....But I do not see on a new thread where I choose to post a new vbookie event. I have the usergroups I want already premissioned right....I just cant see where I can post an event on a new thread. Is that just a problem with the new thead style?? Any help would be greatly apprecieted. Thanks |
