Yep, already heard that excuse and dismissed it. Posts still on record here.

It's the simplest fix there is, your Mod currently ignores users with a underscore in their username. It's a simple omission you refuse to acknowledge or fix, while looking into others reported here before and after my report..

Good example of what I am talking about, in this thread very recently, you at least attempted to duplicate a reported problem. With this reported problem, you simply ignore..

It's also been shown in this thread your service at your support forums is also worthless.

We provide entirely free lite versions here and our one request is that if you have an issue, or a feature request you want to ensure is taken into account, that you use our support system so we can be certain it is tracked.

If that is such a hardship for you that you feel the need to insult us then we would prefer it if you simply don't use our work. Let us know if you have any issues with the uninstall.

Thanks,

Iain

I've attempted to replicate an issue with underscores and I was unable to do so. A member called "te_st" was successfully mentioned without issue :)

For the email notifications of mentions/quotes, is it possible to send a direct link to the actual post? That would be more beneficial to me. Overall great mod!

We'll take it into consideration :)

Beta 4 is a vB4 and Pro only update and fixes only 1 small issue, just released to keep version numbers in line :)

If you don't like my posts you can simply put me on ignore. You release defective "free" versions to get people to sign up for YOUR forum, effectively poaching the membership here. Then when people DO sign onto your forum, the service isn't any better.

If you can't take criticism from consumers, why are you even trying to be in the service business?

Obviously at some point in the last seven months since I reported this issue, somebody there found and installed the same fix I did, months ago. Or more likely, just stumbled onto the simple omission that did exist. The issue was, users with underscores didn't get linked in posts where they are mentioned, and didn't get a notification. I fixed that myself, as I said, months ago. Because you would not even attempt to take a look.

That it took you seven months to finally TRY to replicate a politely reported problem speaks volumes.

All I did was ask politely, then waited seven months.

No, I am NOT signing on to your stupid board. You have the Mods you offer here marked "supported" then you should support them here.

Kinda tough to purchase when your vbcommerce page is blank.

Seems like a pretty neat hack, but the alerting for every quote is a bit annoying. How do I turn this feature off or what file do I need to edit in the hack to manually disabled?

It's not blank for me :) What browser are you using? Ensure you're not on the mobile style.

Did you look in the vBulletin Options for this mod? You'll find settings to disable emails there :)
