Ok, you can have a private category - did you ?
See image for member categories. You have to choose a letter for the username.

Thanks for your reply but this is a bit confused...

I repeat. In ucp or acp I cannot delete or edit member categories, do not appear.

All categories I added are "proofs" and categories exported from Photoplog Pro of members. I can manage only my own categories as an admin.

As an Admin/Mod... (see Permissions in AdminCP) you can edit/delete public and/or YOU'RE private categories ! Private categories from others, can only edit my the member itself.

This option is changed only in the pro. There's the abillity, to change those categories from the AdminCP.

answer to my own question is NO because there it a issue with the navbar add ons for some reason

not working with vb 4.06 messes up the forums with this error message

Told the author about this but apparently this gets quite a few errors when used with APC opcode cacher.
