the 'hide' button doesn't add a default number there, it's set to 5 in the admin cp, does this mean i have installed the hack wrong?

hey i have bought this script for awhile now when i install new vb it ask me for the key or email. i when to the site but it offline can anyone help me unistall or install back agian. there site offline soo no support from them.
