Has anyone had issues with this MOD when upgrading to vB 3.7?

I have it installed, switched columns to 2 and nothing happens. Do you create the sub-forums after you install? If not how do you make existing subforums to work in this mod? we are having the same problem.... we don't see a change either from when we enable and disable the modification as well as changing many settings, etc. Any suggestions? This would be a great mod for us since we have a LOT of forums. (also we are running 3.6.8)
