Has anyone had issues with this MOD when upgrading to vB 3.7?

we are having the same problem.... we don't see a change either from when we enable and disable the modification as well as changing many settings, etc. Any suggestions? This would be a great mod for us since we have a LOT of forums. (also we are running 3.6.8)

Ok, I know I did everything right, but the sub forums are showing up in the forum index. What shall I do?
