Is it possible to merge Track guests and Who has visited on the same column ?
Example :
Total members and guests that have visited the forum today:
Member 1, member 2, member 3, guests 50, spiders 30 or spider 1, spider 2 , etc

So, members will be listed first, then guests and spiders.

I'm running the 2 mods with 2 columns and is not so esthetic

Is there any way to separate this from the What's Going On box though? I'd like to either have it separate on the bottom of the forums. I moved the WGO box to the top. Or at least at the bottom of the WGO box.

This is designed to be part of the WGO box, you could not seperate it with out template edits.
