Did you make sure that the cpnav_ishop is in forum/includes/xml ? and then refreshed? do you have an addon like pluging accelerator?

I keep getting this :: Warning: opendir(ishop/items) [function.opendir]: failed to open dir: No such file or directory in /admincp/ishop_control.php on line 107

Warning: readdir(): supplied argument is not a valid Directory resource in /admincp/ishop_control.php on line 109

can someone go into their ishop_control.php and check this out and let me know what goes in here?? PLEASE!!! :confused:
