I'm having the same problem.

I can see that the files are uploaded correctly into my server but when I try to download through Vbulletindownloads I get a 0 bytes file.

This is an example of the file I get:

yes i did this multiple times and still the same error.

You both need to ensure PHP Memory Limit, PHP Max Upload Size and PHP Max Post Size is as least twice the size of the biggest file you want to upload / download.

Edit php.ini - you can contact your host if you're not comfortable editing system files :)

How well do MP3s work with this?

Has anyone managed to do something with AndrewD's Links and Downloads Manager to help import?

I would like to remove the navbar link that appears when installing this mod. Can anyone be of assistance on how to remove downloads link from navbar?
