What do you have on line 160 in your sitemap?

Actually that is the last line reported in google toolbox there are many more than that, a couple of dozen that all say the same:

"This XML tag has an invalid value. Please fix it and resubmit."

I can't access my actual site map as it tells me that the link is broken.

What is your sitemap URL?

I see more started than created. It's on and off, sometimes it works, sometimes it doestn't. Always works when I manually run it.

Does this have to do with a changed setting in PHP or is something in the database damaged and do we need to install the hack again?

check that at least some of your subforums are visible to guests, it looks like error is related to the empty forums list.

make sure that you have correct database connection parameters defined in config.php file.
