I've problems using the MEDIA tag and the "Rebuild Post Cache" from ACP -> Maintenance -> "Update Counters" menu.

I've posted
an "AnyMedia Test" post with a .mp3 link for example
a second "AnyMedia Test" post with a video link google example
a third "AnyMedia Test" post with a .pdf link for example

I've created 2 images for you.

just logged in as a guest and i noticed i couldnt see the media player but i could see the broken url with the media tags.
Is it possible to mod your current hack so rather than showing a broken URL with media tags it would show something like

maybe make the registered users a link to register.php or something?

i think this would look alot neater

It was the .wav is the type of file I'm trying to use.

I cannot seem to find where the options are for the AnyMedia. i cant find it in the Admin CP. Can you please come to my site and see what is wrong. I would really appreciate it.

go into your administration control panel then click on the (left menu bar) vBulletin Options, thjen click the same name again under vBulletin Options.
Now in the main window on your right you will have a list of options, scroll down till you see AnyMedia BBcode Options and double click that.
your options are inside there ;)

if you cant see it then its not installed correctly.. read the installation instructions and start again :bunny:
