There's no rule where the copyright must go to as long as the content on those sites are responsible.

I need a bit of help I have installed this skin and all looks Ok except for the memberinfo page is jacked up. There is not table seperations or formatting. Is this a known issue and how can I correct this please.

Over 10 issues addressed, as well as some tweaks I've added.

-Profile Issues FIXED! Links & text header bug
-Blog member pages fixed
-Sidebar colors updated
-Larger log-in for people with bad eyes.
-Pagination fixes.
-Margin fixes in CMS
-Upgraded to latest version 4.1PL2

Is member profile page supposed to be default skined(white and blueish)?

It seems the top advertising banners arn't working correctly - I had to custom code it to drop my banners in there.

Has anyone else had this issue?

BTW, love the themes. I use all three on my forum.
