Hello!

My Problem is

I have

VB 3.8.1
MGC_CHATBOX_EVO 2.1.0

It works perfect, perhaps i install ibproarcade
I make the instrucktion

global $mgc_cb_evo,$mgc_cb_evo_var;

Finally, if you are using te option to display the chatbox in a var, edit the ARCADE template and add :

$mgc_cb_evo_var

where you want the chatbox to appear.

But the Chatbox is not display in ibproarcade!

What is the Problem??

Not sure if this bug listed is what you have (which is already fixed for next release): Forum left to right align not taken into account. Scroll up top and you'll see the list. ;)

All templates are variable width.

This is a clean install, no upgrade.

That "bug" does sound likely to fix my problem.

I have an off-web Test forum which I can use to pre-test the next release if that is any help?

Hello,

I am looking to install you chatbox as an item inside of a private forum. I am not sure if this is possible? Like for supporting members only to be able to use it. Or can I have it above my forums m its just my specified users such as supporting members would be the only ones to see it?

Also Is a new version coming on soon where a person should wait for it? Or is the current one stable enough for us?

Well this is because you have set notifications to be separated from chats !

Even if you had no notifications active, the chatbox can't know if the notifications are on or not as it's per notification activation.

Some user reported this problem since the ibproarcade upgrade.

Have you updated the ibproarcade files after the upgrade ?

You have nothing perhaps but as there might be plugins for notifications (like the one for ibproarcade available with the Branding Free version) I can't know wether or not I should show the right column.

To avoid this problem, disable chats/notifications separation.
