im not sure if this has been brought up before, but when moving posts to an existing thread, using the URL rewritten by this hack results to an error.
in the URL examples above, vBulletin would ask for the URL of the thread to which the posts would be moved and if you put http://www.talkdvd.net/forum/t347-on...ng-future.html rather than http://www.talkdvd.net/forum/showthread.php?t=347 then you'll get an error. |
another question, which sitemap generator hack can we use for this one? apparently the vbseo google/yahoo sitemap generator doesn't work for this and im wondering which one is compatible for this vb url rewrite hack?

thanks Dean for the reply on the sitemap generator, i'll just go find out which ones are compatible with your hack.
descds, im referring to moving posts from one thread to another, not moving threads from one forum to another. ;) |

But why do i get these permission - errors?
If i deactivate this plugins no mor 403 - Errors appear. Its just in some Threads (perhaps beacause of Umlauts?). In this Threads all Images (Buttons, ect...) wont be loaded and you cant answer or rate a Thread... |

IE: there is a thread with 63 replies on it on my forum right now - having 10 replies per page (if you are going by forum default) should net 7 pages - the forumdisplay only shows 5 total, and when you click on page 5 and load the thread the other 2 pages are visible then at the top of the thread. I swear you discussed this earlier though - but I may have been reading something else. Oddly enough though - my users are having no issues changing styles via the quick change box... |
Ah I see what you mean now jlaine - I'll have a think ;)
