Ive been very iffy on installing an arcade, but this one works very well.

do this works on vb 4.1.3 i could see only blank page on arcade.php

Yes it does mate, working with 4.1.4. Links in signature :)

There is no recovering from wiping all of your scores. At this point you can only cleanup.

ACP => v3 Arcade => Maintenance => Rebuild Game Scores
ACP => v3 Arcade => Maintenance => Rebuild Awards & High Score Cache

As ChemicalKicks noted, yes. No problems with either vB 4.1.3 or vB 4.1.4 versions.

Is there any way to make the arcade usergroup exclusive.. meaning only certain usergroups have the ability to use it?

Yes you can set up the arcade so only certain usergroups can use it.
