Mine doesn't show like that but it shows how it should. I am using postbit style though if that helps.

Do you think that perhaps the "Following Users Say..." takes up too much screen real estate? It seems to me that smaller fonts and keeping the usernames on the same line and less white space below the names would be less disruptive to the "flow" of the forums. I know I can hack it, but every upgrade will likely break my hack of the hack. Any thoughts?

And, yes, I've hacked a "laughing" version of the "Thanks" hack for our forums.

I updated to 4.0.1 and updated Post Thanks to this version. With Post Thanks TURNED OFF!!! I am having numerous issues. The only way to stop all this was to add define("DISABLE_HOOKS", 1); to config.php.

Errors:

1) - I am unable to view a thread. I get the following errors and the page does not display:

"Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class. Template name: post_thanks_navbar_search in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3893"

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at [path]/includes/class_core.php:4501) in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3742"

2) - I am unable to login the adminCP. I get the following errors:

"Warning: fetch_template() calls should be replaced by the vB_Template class. Template name: post_thanks_navbar_search in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 3893"

"Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

Hi

If I want to push the "multi Quote bottom", I should have pushed the "thank you bottom" before that. It means that for example, when I have said thanks to user numbers 1, 2 and 3 the "multi Quote bottom" works properly, but if I choose another user that I have not said thanks to him/her the "multi Quote bottom" doesn't work and has problem.

Thank you

These are the plugins that are bad:

- global_setup_complete
- postbit_display_complete
- showthread_complete

I forgot to reinstall this after the super awesome vb upgrade.

Charlie98902 01-19-2010 10:54 PM

My only issue is there is no notification now when you get thanked. Everything works but that :(

s0lidgr0und 01-20-2010 04:43 AM

I didn't even notice that.

Is there a way to get it to report on the UserCP like it used to be, Abe?
