It wouldn't be because my forums are turned off would it?

Well, that solved that lol. Thanks Paul

Tasks wont run with the forum closed.

Also, we do not provide support for third party code as a whole. If that specific task is causing a problem the next step would be to disable it.

How do I use this then...? Could someone please guide me...?

Staxed 04-09-2011 01:28 PM

would it be too much trouble to add a second file format option to this mod?

I want to do daily table backups, one file for each table, as well as a weekly full database backup to a single file.

At the moment, every sunday I just switch the settings to produce one file, manually run the cron, and change it back. Just thought I'd see if I could get a more automated process added into it.

No worries if it's too much trouble though, thanks.

What do you mean you aren't able to set the time?

Go to AdminCP > Scheduled Tasks > Scheduled Task Manager > and Edit the settings for Automatic Database Backup for vBulletin

Thank you very much!
Creating a backup is the one thing i allways forget.

My database of over 1.5 Gb was backed up in 750.745 seconds... that is almost 13 minutes.
