i got this error with vb4.2.2pl2 when adding a league

its only a warning not a error. If you have not put in the fixes for 4.2.2 you will get the warnings. Also as it is not made for that version best not to use it for 4.2.2

Hi,
for all that use the actually Vb Patch Level.
The Addon are not Connecting to the Dataserver.

Fix: use an Old includes/class_vurl.php from vb 4.2.2 PL1 or earlier.
The Class_vurl.php from Patch Level 2 are not Compatible with the Addon.

Is there anything broken with the data provider? In our installation the last time the data was updated is December, 14th. When I hit the update now button, it seems that nothing happens and the "last update" date stay december, 14. Any ideas?

Boothby has provided a patch, where the original class_vurl.php no longer must be replaced.
Please also copy the attached file in the includes folder and change as follows in the vbsoccer_services.php following lines

Open vbsoccer_services.php and find:

Does anybody know why I can't see past page 1 of the rankings?

The link it tries to go to is:

/vbsoccer.php?page=2do=ranking&l=9

But it redirects to "Matches within the next 3 days"

Looks like the page needs to be /vbsoccer.php?do=ranking&l=9&pagenumber=2 to work.

Or /vbsoccer.php?page=2&do=ranking&l=9

So it is just missing the & between 2 and do

I'm getting an sql error on the rankings page for the English Premier League. It is ok for the other league I have set up on my forum.

Here is what my error is:

My results aren't updating any more in this. There are a couple of games recently that didn't get the result through, and now it hasn't updated data since Sep 14th, and pressing the 'get updated data' button doesn't update it.

Is there anyway to fix this that doesn't involve deleting and readding the league? I'm not sure if that would fix it either, but I don't want to lose entered results as there are competitions ongoing, but it's useless at the minute.
