you have to revert those forumhome_vbshout & forumhome_vbshout_shout if you customize it..then you will see the difference

it refreshes all the time so you don't have to to see other shouts..
and the smilies are random, so it is possible to have two of the same smilies

But I am confused at why it is refreshing..."So I don't have to see other shouts?" Don't I want to see other shouts? If I type something and no one can view it, why am I typing it? Does it not work like a chat?
