Hello All,

After releasing the update for microCART, the other addon that I had gave to Micheal, the time came to spend some days updating/fixing microSUPPORT.

I'll appreciate a lot if there is someone who is still using it and knows the bugs to list them here. Browsing 26 pages it's not that easy. I'm interesting mostly in bugs in functionality as design issues are something that I can find on my own easily.

Please note that I'll update the Free version. I don't plan to deal with the PRO version.

It's not a bad plugin but nothing is sanitized in this plugin, that basically means that I can exploit this plugin at almost every single page. You'll have to add a bunch of validation and escape all data in the SQL queries.

Hey Christos any idea about when you may release this? Will you be releasing it here?

I've started it on Sunday, but I decided to rewrite the code. Firstly because my code is more mature now for vB4 (I've coded microSUPPORT in the first month after vB4 release), and because modifying microCART I found that is easier to rewrite the code than trying to find and fix bugs.

The thread here didn't helped me to list all bugs, so instead to deliver a modified version with unresolved bugs, I prefer to spend some more days for a totally new mod, even if I'll try to keep the same database structure.

If everything goes smoothly I expect to have it ready next Sunday. As where I'll release it, is something that I'll decide last day depending on how the final script should be.

Ok awesome. No rush man for me anyways. I was just wondering. Would be a couple of months before I would have to install a support system myself. Glad you have decided to fix it though.
