You won't find it until you install the product on your vBulletin.

Firstly, you should never try out Mods you find, on your live board. This is why vBulletin allows private test forums on your server in addition to your public one.

I have no doubt this Mod will work on a 3.7. It's merely a matter of working it out. I cannot see what you see, in fact there's not even a link to your board. I wouldn't mind helping you with this, if you wouldn't mind providing a test account for me to access and take a look.

This mod does not add any icons in quick reply, so it seems to me your issues are related to another mod :)

This mod (I am running the lite version) stops the VBulletin Mobile API from working. Once I disabled this mod my VBulletin Mobile API worked again. I am running VB 3.8.1 with the latest version of this mod and th latest version of the VBulletin Mobile API plugin (v1.4.1).

There's going to be an update soon that will address this issue as well as improve the reliability of the ;-less mentions :)
