You can try the product file I posted. It already has the bburl fixes for CMPS in it, along with a few other updates that help on my site.
If you want to fix it by hand the main area you will have to edit is the .js plugin. Add the bburl variable there and it will get you close to working. |
Sorry to be a pain, I have solved that problem. Any way to disable the buttons hooking on the navbar?. I have a custom style and would prefer to put the buttons elsewhere.
|
If you are using the file I posted, just disable the Add Login to Navbar plugin. That will kill the navbar hook.
If you do that the buttons will not show up unless you put the code into your template by hand. |
I also noticed that the facebook connect popup window is too small for the fb connect dialogue. Any fix to this?

That may be a browser issue. I am seeing in when testing with Google Chrome. Going to have to dig into the code a bit to see where it is being set.
I changed the login button to write the template to a variable. You will then be able to drop this variable in your template where you want it to show. Once I figure out how to wrap it in a variable so you can pick I will upload a new product file. |
Calash, does your latest product file containing all the fixes for the bugs reported so far in this thread?
|
The one I posted has the following
- Template bundle ID's for 32bit servers. Changes value type of bundle entries to Numeric - Javascript fix to allow Google Connect to work outside of forum directory, such vb Advanced. - Default usergroup when joining fix. - Various other path errors fixed. Mostly for point #2 - Fix for posting polls while connected via Facebook. Will not try to submit to Facebook when it is a new poll - Logout after clicking a link or refreshing the page fixed. - Login buttons now generated via Template, curently using navbar hook. This fixes the buttons not showing up in some external locations (ie: CMPS) The one I am working on right now has a variable for the login buttons and the option to pick the template hook or the variable. This is not posted yet, but I will probably get to it this afternoon. I am also looking at the control panel setup to see if it can be improved. I would prefer the settings on their own page. As I noted above I am still learning so this may take a while for me to figure out. |
OK, so that cover all the bugs reported in this thread or only the ones you could fix?
|
It covers all the ones I needed to make this work on my site :)
It is the ones I could fine. I am still waiting to see if anybody runs into different issues so I can see about addressing them. |
