Great hack,
I am nt sure what happen all my youtube video is displaying ok.
but when press the play it display the video is no longer available.

This is because the publisher of the video has disabled embedding. 2.5 helps to minimise this :)

Line 82: In local I have "Short_tag" disabled and not show correctly.

Changed to and works correctly. :)

Just installed this on a fresh forum install and Im getting this error:

Line 74 reads:

include($path . "findonly.php");

Where is findonly.php it supposed to be in the /amecache folder but its not there?

Check that the server can write to the amecache folder and that the cache settings are correct in your Ame admincp. Afterwards, save the settings to re-write the file cache.
