in the instructions I had said it should work with both vbhome and vbindex. I just used the example of vbhome since thats what I use ;)

PixelFX - it maybe worth mentioning on the main page that the hack can also be modified to work with myvbindex. This is what I'm using and I'll be glad to help anybody out with installing it.

I'll add that when I release v1.8 soon, I'm working on a much large hack based on this one called, News & Gallery Catigory Hack, which also supports users with there own custom pages with unique galleries & or news feeds. which will be in vb 2.0 :)

update october 4th,

been working on update for this hack, using the new photopost v4.1.2 and vb 2.3.2 or vb 3.0, I'm rewriting a lot of the code in the thumbnail includer... I hope to have update some time in the near future, if work doesn't kill me first ;)

Photopost just released version 4.1.4, I've been working on an update with template support, news & catigory intergration, so you can have your own gallery and your own news on it's own page etc...

so far it's for vb2.3.2, and photopost 4.1.4, I've almost completely rewritten the thumbnail includer, the new system will be in a few parts to support cms systems and non cms etc, I'm still working on install info, and testing it.

so yes there will be a future release, just swamped with off line stuff till after november 10th then plan to release a killer update to this hack :)

What's about the CMS part and have you thought about another way, to display the PP categorys? Any way to show a category as a vBhomelite block automaticly?!

the first version is vbhome lite or works with it :) tested it twice now about to do new install for it on pixelfx, to make new installer for it :)

And how for a new PhotoPost GUI?!

Photopost 4.1.5 was release, so trying to test my updated hack with that, I'll try and get updates for this hack out as soon as humanly possible ;) Working on lots of updates and addons, including catigory and news system, :) for unique galleries ;) when intergrated with photopost/vbulletin ..

Well, that project I was working on got scrubbed (allartistaccess.com) and I never did get it working. Was swamped on 3 other projects after that. Well, now I've got some more free time and if I get something working or something to add, I will.

I'll be adding an updated version to this with support for Photoshop v4.6 and vbulletin v2.3.3 and also photopost v4.6 / vbulletin 3.0 gamma :) just cleaning up my credits and install txt files now :)

Update: I'll be working on a vb2 and vb3 RC2 update for this, once I have access to vbulletin.com again ;) I've been able to make vb2.3.3 and photoshop 4.6 intergration work well, and working on my test server shortly for pp 4.6+ and vb3 rc2+ as soon as humanly possible.

PixelFX - I guess with vB2.3.3 and PP4.6 the thumbincluder is not compatible?

Photopost updates more than anything I have ever seen. I will do a test run on the upgrade and upgrade the thumbinclude :) gimme a few days. I'm trying to finish 5 websites and also do the Digi-Download hack. I personally think me and Exero should just join forces on that one.

Sounds good :) I was hoping to get vb2.3.4 and pp46 and vb3.0 and pp46 working at posted, I haven't had a chance to get 46 up yet, but got vb2.3.3 and 45 working ok
