I've just tested it on vb 4,1,9 and it doesn't work, it just shows the url, i have it installed on 4.1.5 and it works fine.
So yes, I guess 4.1.10 and 4.1.9 it doesn't work. Any help with this? |

Some thoughts: - Do you have any other plugins which might interfere with postings somehow? Did you try to disable all other plugins and it still doesn't work? - Is the problem only with the wysiwyg editor? Or doesn't get it replaced at all? |
Worked it out now.
This url doesn't change it into a video Code:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=106JTwlD3Cc Code:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=106JTwlD3Cc |
Works fine on vb 4.1.10.
Thanks a Lot :-) |
I noticed if you change from the
Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing to the Standard Editor - Extra formatting controls it doesn't convert Any workaround for this? |
Thanks man... Works real well!!!
|
Installed and working on 4.1.10
Thank you very much, this will save me ages correcting links from my lazy members :D |
Thanks a lot.
|
This is cool
Many Thanks! :p |
Thanks, it works fine
But how about making the same thing for the image links ! is there any mod for that ? For example by adding the IMG vB code to every link ending with .jpg |
Some of my forum members want to leave the links as is - especially when there are many vid links. Is there a way (spl tag) to keep the links as is?

I still find it temperamental, not all urls get converted from youtube videos, some just sow a link while other convert.
Example this one doesn't convert http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=ERem3t768wI |
Installed on 4.1.10 and it works like a charm. Thank you!

tried to use it on 4.1.10,
sadly it negates the modification which we use to remove quoted YT videos https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/misc.php?...M_QuoteImg2URL anyone got tips or solution how to make them coexist ? |

why need this mod when vb has the convert video bbcode? i was gonna have it installed but was talked out of it because of the feature that vb ofears. Was i right to lisen vb 4.1.9 is my version. would love to go to 4.1.11, but i have over 20 mods and dont want to loose any of the work done with these mods!! :(
|
It makes it so the users don't have to use the [video] embed code, they can just put in the URL and the mods automatically inserts the [video] code
