Got a question!!

Everything works perfect, seems like mobile users can not register on our site. Can anything be done for this?

KeyCAPTCHA works fine on iPhone, iPad and Android based devices.

We have millions of successfully solved captchas on these devices in our logs.

Sorry for that, I have had the same request they can't move pictures around from their phones...one has told me he has to struggle the computer away from his daughter to post...I have a mod that shuts it off after 50 posts...I told him to use the computer for the afternoon and get over 50 posts so they don't have to use it anymore.

Could you please ask your visitor regarding his phone model and OS version and send this info to us?

Sure I will get that for you. Remember that keycaptcha works fine for my site so the phone use is not a real big issue for me. I use my blackberry to access my site at lunch and it works perfect. Since switching to it I got new users at rate that I have never seen before. Thanks keycaptcha...for no spammers...:p

That's great, what about other people with out these mobile devices?? Any option for them to skip it? Instead of saying update your flash to the latest version/

when i use internet explorer and my website language is arabic from right to left .. i cant see the whole picture .. its missed somthing from the left side ..

You control where any verification is used via the vBulletin ACP > Human Verification settings for any captcha device.

So far this has been working great for my site. Running Glowhost as well and havnt even had any show for that. Only issue is I just noticed that IE was having problems but support is currently working with me on it. :)

when yo utry to install on the website for instructions only 3.x.x. is in th elist not 4.1.9

We have checked KeyCAPTCHA on the same IE and the same Flash. Everything looks fine. We sent you the following:

Try to open "Internet options->Security". Click "Default level" button in the "Security level for this zone" section. And click "Apply" button. After that try to check KeyCAPTCHA again.

Our mod for vBulletin is marked as "3.7 - 4.x" at our website. "4.x" means that it works in all version from 4.0 till 4.1.9

My website is VERY international and I get people from all over the world, many who dont speak english. Not only does this CAPTCHA stop spam perfectly it is also universal so anyone of any language and keyboard configuration can do it.

can't get it to work in 4.1.9 was working great but now when you click on Human Verification manager in VBulletin settings there is no selection to let you select Keycaptcha in the list..just the default ones that come with VBulletin.

I have noticed it does that myself but you will find it still works trying installing the xml dont remove the old one just over write if that does not work then remove and reinstall it

overwriting did not fix it ..I will try the complete removal and reinstall and see what happens..thanks..

Works great now!

The other day I was able to get it fixed. I downloaded the flash uninstaller from adobe.com. Restarted my computer. Then reinstalled the plugin for firefox. Then I tried to download via IE from adobe but had a problem with it timing out. So, I opened up tools, internet options, then clicked on security and clicked on ?reset all zones to default level? and had it wipe all. I was then able to reinstall flash for IE and now keycaptcha is working on both mine and yalls site.

The people at KeyCAPTCHA really went out of their way to help me get this fixed.
