Version 4.0.2 has been fixed

use mod version 1.1.3 that is product-everywhere_sidebar_113.xml for vb4.0.2

and 1.1.2 for earlier vb4.0.x versions

Unfortunately after upgrading my bar is not styling correctly on all pages. Unsure why.

Even more odd is that I have 4.0.2 and the 112 version works fine for me. 113 breaks it on all pages except the homepage.

Is just the same for me too!

I just try it on a fresh local install with vB4.0.2 and there only 113 works fine. This is no more state. Perhaps someone has an explanation?

did you set "allow overwrite" to "yes"?

I Don't get it. Are you saying it is working with 1.1.3?

I can't reproduce any style problem

I play around now for a while and it seems that it has something to do with the vB-Style/Language-Option CSS-Stylesheets store as files.
In my testforum this option is set to Yes and there only version 112 works fine. When i change the option to No the style is broken (sidebar at the buttom).
If the option is set to No than version 113 works - tested on a local fresh-installation of vB4.0.2.

Great Idea but not working on a VB 4.0.1 clean setup. I get the tab showing up for the bar but no content when the bar is extended? am I missing something?

Let us know when you add a custom pages and enable this to work with them
BTW it is not so hard to add a custom page am sure you will do it

I'm really interested in this mod. When do you plan on releasing the version where you can choose which forum blocks (i.e. not all forum blocks) to display on a forum by forum basis?

nice mod. works with 4.0.2 but is it possible to make it have different option per block instead of all bloacks? there are some blocks I want to show to member and some blocks i don't want members to see.

I see what you mean

This version is designed to show sidebar on all forum pages (more that 20 different page types) but not any other pages like content or blog.

See the mod options to have an idea

I understand that ... I just discovered this little gem "sidebar" so while your mod does not effect my content "forum.php" would have any idea why it is not showing there?

You mean it is showing on forum.php and not on content.php

That is beacuse I didn't added it yet. not in this version anyway.

I have a problem whenever i enable it for forum home then it would crash my IE. but just enable other pages it works fine. i am using 4.0.2 and IE8

Hi, I know it's probably too much to ask for, but the sidebars don't at all display in IE6. I have myself fixed a bunch of css issues for IE6 and IE7 with VB 4.0.1 and have got a site working decently in Firefox, chrome, IE7 and IE6. However I can't figure out why the side bar is not at all appearing in IE6. I know it's probably an IE6 or VB issue and not of this mod, but I was hoping you could help a little.
