Installed working perfectly :)

caciocode 08-10-2010 06:48 PM

This is not accurate. So watch out. Maybe it's just me. The mod interprets visitors as Spiders!

Just a thought.. I cant verify yet i still dont have people nor spider crawling the site.. 2days old site.. lol..

I am using 4.1PL2 and I see when there are spiders active, but they are not listed below...just a number

Hi, after upgrading to vb 4.1.2 if you have the option ticked to view members online on your home page (so user names show Currently Active Users like the picture in the post above) this plugin breaks it if any spiders come online on your site, and it won't show any ser names or spiders on your forum home page

cTak 02-18-2011 02:59 PM

I had to uninstall this. It does not work with 4.1.2.

No member names show up in the whos online section.

do you have this mod https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=228607 installed?

you need to uninstall that aswell to get the users online to show because that also isn't working on 4.1.2

herkulest 02-20-2011 03:42 PM

yes, I did have it. thx, it soleved the problem :)

Mikevet1984 02-20-2011 03:46 PM

Is this mod really supported by the coder?

I see many complains about the bug which appeared in the last vBulletin version but no replies from the coder at all. Could anybody provide instructions how to upgrade this mod manually to be 4.1.2 version compatible?

stator 02-23-2011 04:12 PM

please, this not work with 4.1.2

Mikevet1984 02-23-2011 04:31 PM

ahahaha an old friend from the past! There is an alternative mod for this job, which works great!

Boofo 02-23-2011 05:12 PM

I am NOT shameless. ;)

Boofo, just to add, your mod works flawlessly. :) I also like that you made new Stylevar for spiders, so each style can have it's own spider's coloring. :)

MarekJan 04-21-2011 08:43 PM

Hello, if the announcement is active, since updates on 4.1.3 no more users are indicated in detail on the main side. Apology, translates with babelfisch

fxwoody 04-21-2011 09:14 PM

if anyone interested , i have this mod working in my 4.1.3!
Simply go into the plugin manager, find : Spiders in WGO(Forum Home Complete)

and in the script, replace the $activeusers .= $lname; with : $activeusers2 .= $lname;

Should work fine ;)

There is n o way this mod can work on 4.1.3 as they changed activeusers to an array in 4.1.2.

Jokermixer 07-14-2011 11:16 AM

thank's

Jokermixer 07-17-2011 06:29 PM

I've got a problem: this product works very well if there aren't any spiders who ar visiting the forum, but if there is at leas 1 bot the users online doesn't appairs in "who are visiting the forum"...

Go to Styles & Templates in your Admin CP. Click on Search in Templates. In the first Search Box

Put in:

Code:

{vb:raw activeusers}

Replace with this:

HTML Code:

<vb:each from="activeusers" value="loggedin">
<li> {vb:stylevar dirmark}<a class="username" href="{vb:link member, {vb:raw loggedin}}">{vb:raw loggedin.musername}</a>{vb:raw loggedin.invisiblemark}{vb:raw loggedin.buddymark}</li>
</vb:each>

In your ForumHome Template.
