the modified version works on 4.0.1. the only problem is it also add html markup in the username inside the title param of the links :D since the variable of the username inside the title and the username disaplayed are the same. just a thought though..

thats my screenshot, and i fixed it by taking out double quotes in the color name.
needs to be single quotes
NOT "red" but instead 'red'

I installed the mod few mins ago and it was displaying offline/online markup i-e screwd up HTML witin the lastpost info on forum home etc :S need a fix ASAP!

Hey, great job with this. Although it doesn't show the colored username on the New Posts link.

IE: forums/search.php?do=getnew&contenttype=vBForum_Post

it returns the results without the username markup codes. Same thing for search results.

And in the forum sidebar in the latest topics or last posts the colored names are not shown...

Its not working properly. It gives the online status of the user too, all we want is the correct colours to show.

For example it shows

SmokinMunki is offline">SmokinMunki

Instead of by SmokinMunki
