Hi King Kovifor,

It seems when you're using that hack, and go for a create a ticket in HelpCenter, it gives the title of whatever you did last with that hack. At least that is what has been reported.

JVSP 04-20-2008 04:05 PM

Any way to attach an image in a ticket, just in case a member wants to post an image of a problem?

Jase2 04-20-2008 04:11 PM

fxlr8, the attachment feature will be included into the paid' version.

macc 04-20-2008 04:46 PM

Jase2 have you some tips for my problem or i will wait next realese?

PaulSonny 04-20-2008 04:46 PM

Macc, I am currently working on a solution now.

Once I have one, I will add an updated version to this thread, but please try and be patient.

Thanks, Paul.

macc 04-20-2008 04:55 PM

Thanks ...no problem ... will wait!

PaulSonny 04-20-2008 06:04 PM

SuperDave and Macc, I have added an updated version for you to try and see whether this fixes your error.

I have no idea at the moment why this error is being caused and I have taken a total stab in the dark in the hope that it will sort it out.

Anyway, I ask that everyone else downloads the original helpcenter file and not the files meant for SuperDave and Macc.

Let me know how you guys get on please so I can update the original helpcenter release.

Thanks, Paul.

macc 04-20-2008 06:51 PM

PaulSonny 04-20-2008 07:21 PM

Macc I have just received your PM and logged into your website with the details given and was able to see the Delete Link from the Drop down menu Ticket Options.

With regards to the above error, I will sort it out now, it seems I have used invalida SQL syntax for changing one of the DB structures.

Thanks, Paul.

PaulSonny 04-20-2008 07:25 PM

Macc, Sorry about that, I have updated the download and would appreciate it if you could please re-download it and install it.

To make sure it works, please uninstall any previous versions and do a clean install.

Thanks, Paul.

macc 04-20-2008 08:04 PM

Hello!

i reinstall and update with zip file for mac and dave and get this database error

Code:

Database error in vBulletin 3.7.0 Release Candidate 3:
Invalid SQL:
SELECT * FROM vb_helpcenter_ticket WHERE ownerid='1' ORDER BY datelastupdate DESC LIMIT 0,;

on the top error page is
Code:

Warning: Division by zero in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 2212
shoud i use another zip file ?

regards

macc

PaulSonny 04-20-2008 08:06 PM

I suggest you overwrite all files again because the actual files themselves havent had any SQL changed, just a field title.

Thanks, Paul.

SuperDave71 04-20-2008 08:08 PM

I get the exact same error when I did a clean install as well.

I just overwrote the old files myself and I still got this error.

"Warning: Division by zero in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 2212"

Database error in vBulletin 3.7.0 Release Candidate 3:

Update

Just to let everyone know, I have just released Beta 4. We have predicted this to be the final Beta, although it is not set in stone.

Thanks, Paul.

PoetJA-1975 04-21-2008 01:04 AM

Wow! I've been following this thread - getting a little excited ((blush))
Great work YAWL - I'm looking forward to installing this ;)

Jacquii.

ZomgStuff 04-21-2008 12:23 PM

Do you guys mind if I edit this modification a bit on my board? I shall keep it to myself and not distribute it.

SuperDave71 04-21-2008 12:27 PM

I certainly appreciate your hard work. I just had a quick question.

On the notification options, Where are those set? ( Meaning Who to notify ) If it isn't available yet, just say the word. I don't mean to be a bother.

Thanks in advance!

-Dave

You are free to modify the code. However, we cannot support modified code. Once HelpCenter lite goes 'stable', we will open a hacks/mods forum -- where members can post their modfications for HelpCenter. :)

That is for the admin. The paid version will have a notification system for users; similar to vBulletin's.

At this moment in time, we do not know. We will however make an announcement at paulsonny.com when we predict to release a 'stable', gold release.

When viewing the ticket reply window in IE I notice that the reply window is not fully open. In firefox it is fine.

Edit:::: didnt even see that someone just posted the same question..hehe

Jase2 04-21-2008 04:10 PM

Hi Macc,

It definitely isn't that small on our dev board. Do you have ads down FORUMHOME? Is your forums width shortened in anyway?

macc 04-21-2008 04:51 PM

no adds in forumhome ...and can just say that in firefox is ok (just what fxlr8 wrote before...)mean message box.. but in IE is so small!

edit: have IE 7 and windows vista SP1

I'm pretty sure Paul fixed that. He may have not, however. I'll have a word with him.
