It seems when you're using that hack, and go for a create a ticket in HelpCenter, it gives the title of whatever you did last with that hack. At least that is what has been reported. |
Any way to attach an image in a ticket, just in case a member wants to post an image of a problem?
|
fxlr8, the attachment feature will be included into the paid' version.
|
Jase2 have you some tips for my problem or i will wait next realese?
regards macc |
Macc, I am currently working on a solution now.
Once I have one, I will add an updated version to this thread, but please try and be patient. Thanks, Paul. |
Thanks ...no problem ... will wait!
regards macc |
SuperDave and Macc, I have added an updated version for you to try and see whether this fixes your error.
I have no idea at the moment why this error is being caused and I have taken a total stab in the dark in the hope that it will sort it out. Anyway, I ask that everyone else downloads the original helpcenter file and not the files meant for SuperDave and Macc. Let me know how you guys get on please so I can update the original helpcenter release. Thanks, Paul. |
hello!
just upload new files and product file but now get database error when should submit new ticket! in title box is ok ... no text and no bold codes! Code:
Database error in vBulletin 3.7.0 Release Candidate 3: maccc and thanks for your works edit: no possibility to delete ticket! |
Macc I have just received your PM and logged into your website with the details given and was able to see the Delete Link from the Drop down menu Ticket Options.
With regards to the above error, I will sort it out now, it seems I have used invalida SQL syntax for changing one of the DB structures. Thanks, Paul. |
Macc, Sorry about that, I have updated the download and would appreciate it if you could please re-download it and install it.
To make sure it works, please uninstall any previous versions and do a clean install. Thanks, Paul. |
Hello!
i reinstall and update with zip file for mac and dave and get this database error Code:
Database error in vBulletin 3.7.0 Release Candidate 3: on the top error page is Code:
Warning: Division by zero in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 2212 regards macc |
I suggest you overwrite all files again because the actual files themselves havent had any SQL changed, just a field title.
Thanks, Paul. |
I get the exact same error when I did a clean install as well.
I just overwrote the old files myself and I still got this error. "Warning: Division by zero in [path]/includes/functions.php on line 2212" Database error in vBulletin 3.7.0 Release Candidate 3: Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM helpcenter_ticket WHERE ownerid='1' ORDER BY datelastupdate DESC LIMIT 0,; MySQL Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 Error Number : 1064 Date : Sunday, April 20th 2008 @ 02:05:13 PM Script : http://www.thelovelogic.com/forum/helpcenter.php MySQL Version : 5.0.45-log Thank you for all your hard work... -Dave |

Update
Just to let everyone know, I have just released Beta 4. We have predicted this to be the final Beta, although it is not set in stone. Thanks, Paul. |
Wow! I've been following this thread - getting a little excited ((blush))
Great work YAWL - I'm looking forward to installing this ;) Jacquii. |
Do you guys mind if I edit this modification a bit on my board? I shall keep it to myself and not distribute it.
|
I certainly appreciate your hard work. I just had a quick question.
On the notification options, Where are those set? ( Meaning Who to notify ) If it isn't available yet, just say the word. I don't mean to be a bother. Thanks in advance! -Dave |

Just one question more .. why is message box for guest users so small? can we make this message box biger ? that is relplay message box - guest user
will attach picture reg macc |
When viewing the ticket reply window in IE I notice that the reply window is not fully open. In firefox it is fine.
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k46/FXLR8/Hcreply.jpg Edit:::: didnt even see that someone just posted the same question..hehe |
Hi Macc,
It definitely isn't that small on our dev board. Do you have ads down FORUMHOME? Is your forums width shortened in anyway? |
no adds in forumhome ...and can just say that in firefox is ok (just what fxlr8 wrote before...)mean message box.. but in IE is so small!
edit: have IE 7 and windows vista SP1 regards macc |
Please provide me a link to your HelpCenter installation.
