Would like something similar to what PHPBBDE has that allows admins -- and others CP set, to make any post a Sticky, Announcement-- shows in that thread first or Global announcement - shows in all threads first!

I THINK I wish Announcements and Global announcments to be open and shown and not have to click to open them.

I hope you get some better answers here from one of the fine coders on board. Of course you can but I am not sure how simply it can be done. Anyone that is a base level real coder can do this for your. If you do not have this done in a couple weeks holler at me and I will introduce you to my coder as he is on a very advanced set of projects for me right now.
